ESHIKOTO Lasts Forever
( Greetings )
ESHIKOTO Lasts Forever
ESHIKOTO is a Japanese sake brand established by Nizaemon Ishidaya, owner of Kokuryu Sake Brewery, which has continued to produce sake in Fukui. Simultaneously, it's the name of a place where the culture of Fukui and Hokuriku are communicated to visitors.
The Kuzuryu River, the source of Fukui's sake brewing industry, flows serenly right by ESHIKOTO.
Just like countless raindrops from the sky seeping into the earth and eventually gushing out of the ground to become a mighty river that nurtures nature and culture, ESHIKOTO was born as a place that promotes the merging of the cycle of nature and culture where a plethora of "eshikoto" (good things) meet and intersect.
