【ESHIKOTO Ayu】

Starting June 21rd, we will release "ESHIKOTO Ayu," a summer limited sake exclusive to ESHIKOTO store.

This is a premium daiginjo sake brewed with Kokuryu Brewing's skilled techniques and new approaches.

We asked Rieko Morita, one of Japan’s leading female nihonga painters,to depict the “ayu” (sweetfish) of the Kuzuryu River.

Please enjoy this Junmai Daiginjo sake,crafted from the bountiful waters of the Kuzuryu River,alongside the ayu that herald the arrival of summer.
